What’s the limit of man’s knowledge?
Some days back one of my friend out there on an online community asked me how to get his router in Linux get going. I am very active in that community so its natural that people will surely ask questions. I was really dumb struck. I don’t know networking. Someone suggested me using iptables, so what was the big deal. Just googled out some related tutorials. When i started reading i was taken aback, so much knowledge of networking required? How much time will it take if i go on with this pace? I referred that question to the Linux geeks out there on the community. Hope his problem is solved by now.
The thing which matters here is that how much should a man learn. Is there any limit to man’s knowledge. Howsoever more you learn, it will always be less and you will still get stuck in some or the other place. These are the challenges in life.
Yesterday I had a nice talk with one of my friend. She asked me whether I am learning some new language after PHP? I simply replied that learning new languages is nothing very challenging, using the concepts learnt in practical use is more important. I am also trying out my hand in Photoshop so that i don’t have to depend on professional graphics designer later in life. Trying to become self-dependent!
I think i threw a lot of philosophical questions and thinkings above. I would just say, read it and think over it!!!
